We ship via Royal Mail, with no expedited shipping options. We use Royal Mail as our carrier as they deliver mail in more emissions conscious ways: by bike, electric vehicles, and even on foot. At Plus, we offset emissions and make this journey fully carbon neutral.

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase contact us at email@example.com and we can offer your choice of either a refund or a replacement product. For a refund or replacement product, we require a detailed description of the issue emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase. Your refund should post to your credit card statement 5-7 days after we’ve processed the refund.
