We ship via USPS, with no expedited shipping options. We use USPS because they ship in the most emissions-conscious way: by following existing postal routes. Plus, we make the journey to your door fully carbon neutral. 

Your order might take a little longer to arrive due to COVID-19 shipping delays, but we’re still shipping! Thank you for your patience.

Returns

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase contact us at hello@cleanwithplus.com and we can offer your choice of either a refund or a replacement product. For a refund or replacement product, we require a detailed description of the issue emailed to hello@cleanwithplus.com within 30 days of your purchase. Your refund should post to your credit card statement 5-7 days after we’ve processed the refund.
