How does the body wash sheet dissolve?
The sheet will start to dissolve instantly when you add just a little bit of water, but will require some lathering on your hands and body to get the full amount dissolved. Because the water ratio isn’t mixed into the product for you, you may find that you need to add a little more water throughout your lathering to get to your preferred body wash texture.
Is PLUS Body Wash a clean formula?
PLUS contains no fillers, sulfates, parabens, or phthalates. PLUS Body Wash is pH-balanced, vegan, cruelty-free, Leaping Bunny certified, dermatologist approved, and meets Credo Beauty standards.
Is PLUS safe for those with nut allergies?
Our Body Wash does contain nut oils such as shea and almond oils. We encourage customers who have extreme allergies to consult a doctor and conduct a patch test before using any product.
Is PLUS vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! PLUS is vegan, cruelty-free, and Leaping Bunny certified.
Is PLUS OK for sensitive skin?
Yes, we are clinically tested and dermatologist approved to be hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. The PLUS Body Wash - CLOUD is fragrance free, great for those sensitive to fragrance or who prefer an unscented option.
Does PLUS have a shelf-life?

How can I update my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We suggest using "urgent" in your email if you need to change or cancel your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How can I check on the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order on your Account page, which will populate with the requisite information once your credit card is charged, and then again when your order is on its way. If you don’t have an account, you can always create one here. Just make sure to use the same email you used at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
Email (email@example.com) ASAP (ideally with photos) and we’ll send the correct product to you right away.
What’s your refund policy?
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can offer your choice of either a refund or a replacement product.
For a refund or replacement product, we require a detailed description of the issue emailed to email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase. Your refund should post to your credit card statement 5-7 days after we’ve processed the refund.
Can I exchange my order?

How do I access my subscription settings?
You will need to log in to your account by clicking ‘Log In’ using the mobile menu or the top right of your screen. If you do not have an account, you will need to sign up for one using the same email address you used to purchase your subscription. Once you’ve logged in, select ‘My Subscriptions’. If you have multiple subscriptions, choose which one you’d like to manage and select ‘Manage Subscriptions.’
How do I change, cancel, or postpone my subscription?
If you haven't created an account, you can create one here. Just make sure to use the same email you used at checkout. How and when will I be billed?
You’ll be billed when each refill order is created, so it depends on your subscription frequency. If you cancel your subscription just after a refill order has been created, it will only cancel future refills. The refill order that was just created will still be billed and shipped.
How do you ship PLUS?
PLUS travels light, lowering emissions in transportation by 80% vs. liquid body wash. We use USPS as our carrier, as they ship in the most emissions-conscious way: by following existing postal routes. Plus, we make the journey to your door fully carbon neutral.
USPS shipping fee is a flat rate of $3.75 per order, and delivery time is ~3-4 days.
What’s the deal with carbon emissions offsets and being ‘climate positive’?
Our lightweight products are naturally lower in C02 emissions, and we’re working to lower emissions further at each step. For what we can’t reduce today, we offset 110% via verified Pachama forest improvement projects. One effort we’re supporting is The McCloud River project in California: through sustainable practices, the landowners have preserved more forest and actually increased the amount of carbon stored by the property over time.
We know carbon offsets aren’t a solution to climate change, but verified offsets are one small step we can take in the right direction.
What’s the deal with delivery timing?
As soon as you place an order, it’s sent to our fulfillment center, and from there, we pack and ship it directly to you. Orders generally process within 1 business day. Once your package is en route, you'll get a shipment notification and tracking email so you can track its status.
Where does PLUS ship?
For now, we currently ship to the UK and all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. However, you may experience longer delivery times if you’re ordering from Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico—thank you for being patient.
