Your Impact at PLUS  

You will be responsible for bringing an engaging, impactful and sustainable brand to life for consumers at retail and online. An ideal candidate will be creative and have a natural attunement to brand and voice, but also bring an analytical and execution oriented mindset to the team. You determine how PLUS shows up in the world - online, IRL, and through the product itself. You dream up ideas that will amplify our brand and further our reach, and take them from concept to execution.

We will count on you to: 

  • Develop brand strategy and ensure it is executed across all channels (social, email, web, OOH), ensuring a cohesive, top-notch brand experience 
  • Ideate, plan, and execute all growth-focused and conversion-focused initiatives including go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and partner collaborations 
  • Coordinate with creative to ensure all necessary assets are created to specifications 
  • Conduct and draw on consumer and market research and data analysis to monitor market trends, identify white space, develop insights and highlight opportunities
  • Track brand performance and make insight-based recommendations for action
  • Utilize and analyze data to understand and relay performance, audience sentiment, audience growth and brand loyalty

Required experience and competencies  

  • 5+ years of related experience 
  • You have led cohesive brand strategy and execution working cross functionally with freelancers, agency, and/or in house creatives 
  • You have built or grown a loyal audience with measurable impacts on brand loyalty and conversion
  • You have a network of talented, intentional creatives (freelancers, contractors, agencies etc) that you can leverage to produce world class content
  • You have experience implementing and analyzing data to inform brand strategy
  • You are passionate about sustainability and/or personal care
  • Masterful (or pretty close) understanding of editorial voice, content types, driving conversion, and omnichannel marketing 
  • You are a strong project manager 

Additional ideal competencies

  • Experience working with dual retail and DTC brands 
  • Experience with sustainable products and product education
  • You have worked at an early stage start-up or similar company 
  • You have successfully led a consumer product launch or related launch
